Make an Editable Dynamic QR Code

A dynamic QR encodes a permanent link on this platform. The link resolves to the destination stored in your account, so changing the destination changes where visitors go without changing the printed QR pattern.

Create and save first

Sign in, choose Website in QR Studio, enter a valid HTTP or HTTPS destination, and enable Dynamic QR. Give the project a name and save it before downloading the final PNG or SVG. The unsaved preview is not a published dynamic link.

Edit, pause or expire

Open the project from your dashboard to edit its destination or design. You can pause a dynamic QR or choose an optional expiry date. A paused or expired QR opens an unavailable response rather than the saved destination.

Interpret the current counter

The dashboard counts requests to the dynamic link. This is not a verified count of unique people or physical scans and may include automated requests. Downloading the card contact file does not increase its page-request count.

Keep the old link alive during migration

Moving the application does not change the URL already encoded in a printed QR. Keep the old domain and certificate, and redirect the exact old path and query to the new installation. Redirecting every code to the new homepage would lose the individual destination.
